Overview

CheckbookHUB is a personal finance workspace for ledgers, bills, recurring activity, budgets, savings goals, reports, receipts, and related planning tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, password credentials, settings, and preferences. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google provides for authentication, such as your email address and Google account identifier.

We also store the financial records you choose to enter or upload, including accounts, transactions, bills, categories, budgets, goals, household assignments, imports, notes, and receipt attachments.

How we use information

We use your information to create and secure your account, operate CheckbookHUB features, personalize your workspace, send verification and security emails, respond to support requests, manage plan or billing status if paid features are enabled, and improve reliability of the service.

Google sign-in data

Google authentication is used only to help you sign in or create an account. CheckbookHUB does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal or financial data. We may share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or with your direction.

Security and retention

We use account isolation, authenticated access, secure sessions, and related safeguards to protect your workspace. You can erase workspace data or delete your account from Settings where available. Some records may remain if required for security, legal, or administrative audit purposes.
