Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free plan
CheckbookHUB includes a free plan that can be used without a payment card. Free accounts keep their data unless the user erases workspace data or deletes the account.
Pro access
Pro is offered as a $25 lifetime payment through Buy Me a Coffee. Once Pro is activated, CheckbookHUB does not delete user history or require future payments for continued Pro access.
Cancellations
Because Pro is currently a lifetime payment, there is no CheckbookHUB subscription to cancel. Buy Me a Coffee payment records are handled through Buy Me a Coffee.
Refunds
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at contact@checkbookhub.com. Refunds are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges or service-access problems.
