Use of CheckbookHUB
CheckbookHUB provides personal finance tracking and planning tools. You are responsible for the information you enter, the accuracy of your records, and decisions you make using the service.
Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us at contact@checkbookhub.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
No financial, tax, or legal advice
CheckbookHUB is a recordkeeping and planning tool. It does not provide professional financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You should verify important decisions with qualified professionals when needed.
Your data
You retain responsibility for the data you add to CheckbookHUB. You may export, erase, or delete account data through available settings. We may retain limited records when required for security, compliance, or administrative audit purposes.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Pro access is currently handled through Buy Me a Coffee as a $25 lifetime payment. Refund details are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Pro access does not delete or alter your workspace history.
Google authentication
If you use Google sign-in, you authorize CheckbookHUB to use Google-provided authentication information to create or access your CheckbookHUB account. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation, upload harmful files, or use CheckbookHUB in a way that violates applicable law.
Service changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
